Unlocking the Chakras:
Starting with the Power of the 'Root'
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23 . 4:30PM–6:30PM
Come join us for an afternoon of exploration & community
In the hustle and bustle of city life, it’s easy to lose touch with our own bodies and energy. Here, we will take the time to rest, slow down, and return to our true selves.
We’ve created this sacred space to honor and celebrate ourselves as energetic beings—a warm circle of connection where we can reconnect with our energy centers (chakras) starting with the first one, THE ROOT—the foundation of our being.
We'll learn about elementals and the energy that flows within us.

Aydan
Aydan Suel Bayram was born in Azerbaijan and lived between Azerbaijan and Europe before moving to New York City. Aydan is an Ayurvedic doctor, Vedic Touch therapist, energy practitioner, artist, and body-mind expert.
Her unique approach focuses on touch therapy, designed to balance the body's energy, alleviate or eliminate pain, and release blockages through somatic exercises and breathing techniques and Touch Therapy. Aydan’s philosophy emphasizes that unprocessed emotions and traumas often manifest in the physical body, eventually leading to illness. By addressing the body holistically, she incorporates Ayurvedic principles, nutritional guidance, meditation, mantra work, and bodywork techniques such as passive stretching and touch therapy to bring harmony to the whole being.
As a creative soul, Aydan is also an artist who integrates her love for art into transformative art therapy projects, including neurography and self-developed techniques. Her sessions uniquely blend ancient Vedic methods with modern approaches, tailoring treatments to each individual's mind, body, and consciousness.
Aydan’s strength lies in creating a safe and nurturing space where healing begins. She approaches every client with care, love, and a personalized strategy to achieve profound results, recognizing the unique needs of each individual.
